So, so, so, good! You've got to eat at Tavah! Easily the best 'home cooked' food we've eaten out for a long time.... Amazingly tasty food, perfectly spiced, and not holding back on the flavours! Can't wait to have their stuffed parathas and chai for breakfast! Thanks Tavah!read more

Actually massive disappointed. Having read the reviews and saw the hygiene rating we thought we’d go for a new Friday... night treat, considering my wage isn’t huge and my other half is a first responder we only have treats occasionally. All the reviews were so good but the food turned up absolutely stone cold, everything. It was also super spicy, everything, even the salad! So disappointed. I hope they do better next timeread more

I recently visited Tavah and I must say the food was amazing. We ordered a small tavah and was contemplating whether to... order an extra portion as we thought it might not be enough, but was not disappointed as there was plenty of food. The lamb chops are a must try they were so good. Overall the service was brilliant and the food was so good would highly recommend this place.read more

This place was a little out of the way for me so I wasn't expecting much. I was very pleasantly surprised with the... service and the food. Me and friends ordered the full Tavah and there was the perfect mix for 4 people between meat and curries. Definitely worth a visit.read more

I came here twice in a week. The first time we accidentally came across it and had a light lunch with family.The... second I came for a "boys" meal.Having been to numerous Tavah places up north I know when it's good. This place didn't disappoint.The atmosphere is very relaxed. The decor is simple and effective. The toilets are immaculate.The food is brilliant with generous portions.The customer service and management are attentive and friendly.Definitely reccomend ..oh and make sure you get the tavah.read more

We travelled almost an hour away to get to Tavah, my picky eater said it was worth the drive 😁The food was... delicious, reasonably priced, and came promptly.If you like those tea places that give you 90% water and then throw in some condensed milk try the tea here and you'll be blown away, proper strong desi tea!The service was amazing, the owner attentive.Will 100% be going back!!read more

Welcoming to families, great service and food is top notch - delicious and modestly priced. Much nicer than Indian... restaurants we have been to. excellent experience - wish this place was closer to home as was passing through St Albans and went based on google reviews - was not disappointed. Would recommend the mixed grill and the lamb shank. Also the bathroom is very well decorated ! :Dread more

Really nice place, nice decor, authentic food. Cheeky waiter tho who informs you that service charge is not included... in the bill (hint,hint) think the team should just give people the option to pay this or not. Makes it really awkward but does not take away from the food.read more

Absolutely tremendous!Went to this place with a few friends last night. First time for me and I had read the reviews... so already knew the food was going to be good!All I can say is that it lived up to expectations! Simply Delicious!!!We visited tavah for the first time today for a birthday meal and were not disappointed.The food... was absolutely DELICIOUS, well presented and arrived in a timely manner. Every dish was cooked to perfection, tasted authentic, and the portions were generous. We couldn’t even wait for our obligatory social media pic of all the food and had to get stuck straight in!The restaurant itself is very clean and well decorated and the service was warm, welcoming and attentive. We have tried a number of restaurants and visited Tavva for the first time today for which we rated to give a 10 out of... 10 - seldom given! It is the quality of the food for which this rating has been given. The food was brilliant, authentic Pakistani food, reasonably priced, and great customer service. We would highly recommend this restaurant! Will definitely go back again.read more

Absolutely fabulous catered food from Tavah! They created a bespoke menu for a 50th birthday party, it was delivered... hot, on time & was simply fantastic. It went down a storm with our 22 guests. I highly recommend their services. They were flexible & helpful. Most importantly though, the flavours & quality of the food is exceptional.read more

Dined in and the experience was amazing, very personal but professional.I spoke to brother Mani and asked for a... quotation for small event, the quote was very appealing so we booked it.
